January 9
Today on the Logan Blackman Show we preview each and every game taking place on Wild Card weekend, though we mostly focus on the Buffalo Bills match-up against the Jacksonville Jaguars. With that we discuss why a six seed has the most pressure, what this game could mean for Josh Allen's legacy, and what happens when the Bills do or don't advance past this round. We then take some time to discuss the MVP race between Drake Maye and Matthew Stafford, going over each player's resumes before coming to a decision on who should come away with the award. Moving to college football we preview each semi-final match-up in the College Football Playoff, going over who we want to see in the final while also discussing Fernando Mendoza and Dante Moore's second meeting and what it could mean for their draft position (should they declare). Speaking of we react to Ty Simpson declaring for the draft, whether that means he's actually in the draft or transferring as well as where he could wind up should he get drafted. Finally, we go over each head coaching vacancy in the NFL and ranking them from best to worst. Enjoy!

Today on the Logan Blackman Show we go over Matt Campbell's decision to leave Iowa State for Penn State, being replaced by former Washington State coach Jimmy Rogers. With that we go over why Campbell left, where the program is now from where it started, and what the future could potentially look like for the Cyclones. We then react to the final College Football Playoff rankings, going over what we like and don't like as well as making some quick fire bowl game predictions. We then reveal our week 15 quarterback prospect rankings while also going over each Heisman candidate and discussing who I think should come away with the award. Finally we discuss if back-to-back MVP's Josh Allen is back on, why the Chiefs made me look foolish, and how crazy it is seeing Philip Rivers back in the NFL. Enjoy!

Today on the Logan Blackman Show we react to Patrick Mahomes tearing his ACL and what that could do to the future of the Chiefs and the AFC West. We then go over a rivalry unlike any other, Josh Allen vs random people on social media, discussing what's true and what's not while also talking about his chances of coming home with another MVP. Speaking of MVP we take a look at the current favorite, Matthew Stafford, and discuss what his legacy could look like if he were to win the award as well as where he could rank all time if he and the Rams also come away with another Super Bowl. We then discuss the new age of the NFL Draft process, focusing on quarterbacks such as Jayden Maiava, Darian Mensah, and Brendan Sorsby and how they're going about the process. Finally, we talk about the transfer portal as a whole, preview the first round of the College Football Playoff, and recap the Heisman Trophy results. Enjoy!
